By accessing or using the Phoebe application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Phoebe is an organizational software tool designed to help players and directors manage pickleball sessions, automate queues, and track match history.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Phoebe respectfully. You will not use the platform to harass others, disrupt live sessions, submit false match data, or attempt to compromise the app's security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or disrupt the community.

4. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Please read carefully: Pickleball is a physical sport. Phoebe provides digital organizational software, not physical event management, venue security, or medical assistance.

By using this application to participate in a session, you acknowledge that playing sports carries inherent risks of physical injury. Phoebe, its developers, and its administrators are completely entirely harmless and are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or disputes that occur at the physical courts. You play at your own risk.

5. Changes to the Service

Phoebe is in active development. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the platform at any time without prior notice.
